What: Calorie-burning aerobics/dance music & strength resistance for joints, balance, bone density, cardiovascular health. Modified chair exercises too.

Basketball

Location: Chase City, Clarksville

Age: 5-7, 8-10, 11-13, 14-16
Cost: $60/member, $70/non member
What: Sportsmanship, team building, passing/shooting/dribbling skills
When: Registration October 31 through December 31. Practice starts in January. Games in February through Mid-March.

What: Strength, flexibility & endurance with hand weights, stability, hand balls, bands, and poles.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Location: Clarksville "Y" Annex

Age: 3 & up
Cost: $150/member, $200/non member
What: 2-hour parties include 1-hour instructional time and 1-hour in our birthday room for cake and presents (15 guests max). We provide space, setup, table-chairs, instructors & cleanup.

Chair Yoga

Location: Clarksville

Age: 60+
Cost: Free for members, $10 for guest
What: Chair yoga is a great way for older adults to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga. Staying seated means that even frail seniors or those who aren't flexible can safely do the exercises. Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation.

What: Mixed martial arts-inspired workout for belly fat, reducing inches and enhancing body definition.

Cross Training Lite

Fun & Fit

GYMNASTICS

Orientation

What: Free orientation session for new members by a trainer. One for entire family. Schedule in advance.

PERSONAL TRAINING

What: Work with a Certified Personal Trainer one on one. Our Personal Trainer will meet with you to customize a plan to reach your personal health and wellness goals while helping you stay motivated. Want to train with a buddy? Friends with similar goals and fitness levels can train together and get customized accountable plans. Individual training and buddy training can be purchased per session or in discounted packages. Get the results you want with the attention you need!

Pickleball

Location: Clarksville

Age: All ages & skill levels
Cost: Free for members, $15 non-members
What: The fastest growing sport in America with elements from tennis, badminton, and ping pong.
When: Six week sessions. Beginner Sessions, Mondays at 10am, Mixed Level Sessions, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30-11:30am. Slammers Session, Mondays at 4:00pm. Space is limited for all sessions.

Ping Pong

Location: Chase City, Clarksville

What: 'Table Tennis' with coaching for novice players.

Pinochle 'Double Deck'

Location: Clarksville

Age: All ages & skill levels

What: 'Trick-taking' card game for 2-4 players with an 80-card deck.

Smartphone Classes

Soccer

Cost: $45/members, $55/non members
What: The 6-week program teaches basics of teamwork & sportsmanship. Taught by volunteer coaches, parental involvement is encouraged.
When: Spring & Fall. Practices/Games on Saturdays. Registration: Spring session, Feb-Mar, Fall Session, Aug.

Total Body Activation

Location: Clarksville

Age: All ages
Cost: Free for members. $10 for non members.
What: Cardio and strength training workouts to help you "activate your body" to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Volleyball

When: Registration period is from August- September, Practice starts October, Games in November and December on Saturday
Cost: $60 for members and $70 for non-members
Age: 5-7/8-10/11-13

Yoga

Location: Chase City, Clarksville

Age: All ages & skill levels
Cost: Free for members, Non-members $10
What: arious types of yoga are taught including Hatha, Slow Flow Vinyasa, and therapeutic. Each class offers something special and both Hatha and therapeutic are beneficial to beginners as well those with advanced practices.  Emphasis is placed on holding poses, movement to breath, natural flows and transitions, strengthening the core, shoulders/legs and overall flexibility.  Slow Flow Vinyasa is geared towards the more advanced practitioner but modifications can be made an for intermediate level practice.

Zumba

Location: Chase City, Clarksville

Age: All ages & skill levels
Cost: Free for members, Non-members $10
What: The infusing of "Latin" rhythm and dynamic hip-hop. Dance moves guaranteed to make you sweat, get your heart rate up, and burn fat.
